Q: What should I do if I booked an appointment but I’m feeling ill and/or have a pending COVID-19 test?
A: Please contact your stylist right away to have a conversation together. We ask that you not come in for services if you are feeling ill, if you are concerned that you’ve been exposed, or if you have a pending COVID-19 test. You have our promise that we are following these guidelines as well.
Q: What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?
A: Please enter the building and come up to our salon suite either via the stairs or elevator. We offer a sanitation station for optional use before your appointment begins.
Q: Will I be required to wear a mask?
A: No, masks are not required for guests at this time. If you plan to wear a mask during your appointment, please come prepared with a mask that loops around your ears. If you’d like your stylist to wear a mask during your service, please connect with her directly before your appointment
Q: Will I be required to have my temperature taken?
A: No, a temperature check is not required at this time.
Q: Do I need to complete a health questionnaire before my appointment?
A: No, a health questionnaire is not required at this time.
Q: Am I allowed to bring a friend or child with me?
A: We ask that only clients join us in the salon at this time. If you have questions or concerns, please connect with your stylist directly to have a conversation about your needs.

A: We promise to openly communicate any health concerns directly with our clients, and we expect our clients to do the same.
In addition to frequent hand-washing, sanitizing and disinfecting tasks are performed throughout the day.
